This routine helps lift and refresh your face by releasing tension and boosting circulation with your gua sha stone.

Let’s get started!

Preparation: Spray the Rose Firming Toner and apply the Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth gua sha tool gliding.

Step 1: Decollete Work

  • Use the Main Working Curve to slide from the center of your chest toward your armpits. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • With the Medium Tip, massage the decollete area in circular motions to find tense spots. Use firm strokes to soften these areas.
  • Glide the Large Curve along your collarbone, repeating 5 times on each side.

Step 2: Lift the Neck

  • Using the Main Working Curve, glide upward from your shoulder to your ear, adding a wiggle at the end. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • Continue upward strokes from your collarbone to your jawline, then past the jaw to your cheekbones. This helps lift your jawline and cheeks. Repeat 5 times.
  • Make gentle upward strokes on the middle of your neck.

Step 3: Jawline & Chin

  • Use the Large Curve to gently scrape from your chin to your ear, adding a wiggle at the end. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 4: Marionette Lines & Mouth Corners

  • Place the Medium Tip below your mouth, using firm upward strokes to lift the corners of your mouth. Repeat 5 times.
  • Using the Fascia Release Curve, make upward sweeping strokes from the corners of your mouth to your cheekbones. Repeat 5 times.

Step 5: Cheek & Nasolabial Fold Lifting

  • Use the Medium Curve to sweep upward from your cheekbones to your temples, promoting sculpting and lifting. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 6: Eye & Forehead Lifting

  • Glide the Large Working Curve from the outer corner of your eye toward the temple, finishing with a lift into the hairline. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • Start under your eyebrow and glide upward with pressure to lift your brows and smooth forehead wrinkles. Repeat 5 times.
  • Work upward along your hairline.

Done! You’ve completed your lifting gua sha routine. For best results, practice 2-3 times a week.
