This gua sha routine was created to help boost circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and energize your face.

Start by misting your face with facial toner, followed by a few drops of essence.

You may use any traditional gua sha tool for this ritual; however, in the following tutorial, we’ll reference the unique sides of the Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone. Use it as a guide to select the appropriate sides of your own tool.

Step 1: The Great Awakening

Using the wavy Main Working Curve, start at the center of your hairline and glide back over your scalp in long strokes down toward your neck. Move slightly to the left and repeat, working section by section to cover the entire scalp. Then repeat on the right side.

Step 2: Tone the Neck

Using the Main Working Curve, glide upward from your shoulder to your ear, adding a gentle wiggle at the end of each stroke. Follow with five strokes moving back down to support lymphatic flow.
Next, glide from your collarbone upward to your jawline, again finishing with a gentle wiggle. Follow with five downward strokes.

Step 3: Define the Jawline

With the Large Curve, gently glide from your chin to your ear, finishing each stroke with a soft wiggle. Repeat five times on each side to help sculpt the jawline.

Step 4: Plump the Lips

Use the Medium Tip in small, brisk, light movements along the edges of both your upper and lower lips to naturally enhance fullness and color.

Step 5: Lift the Cheeks

Starting at the sides of your nose, use the Main Working Curve to glide out toward your temples, smoothing nasolabial folds and lifting the mid-face. Repeat five times per side.
Then, with the Medium Curve, sweep upward from your cheekbones to your temples to promote definition and lift. Repeat five times per side.

Step 6: Open the Eyes

Place the Medium Curve under your eye and gently glide outward toward the temple, anchoring the skin with your opposite hand. Repeat five times per side.
Then, use the Small Curve to trace along your brow line, lifting and refreshing the eye area. Repeat five times per side.

Step 7: Lift Your Forehead

With the Fascia Release Curve, glide upward from above your brow to your hairline using light, steady pressure. Repeat five times per side to smooth and energize the forehead.

You’re done!

You’ve completed the Awakening Gua Sha Facial. For best results, practice this ritual each morning. Your skin will feel lifted, refreshed, and ready to face the day.
