You will not need any facial toner, face oil or any gua sha tools – only clean, dry face and your hands.
- At the same time glide your palms over your face in two circles over each half of your face. Repeat 8 times.
- With both sides of your palms gently pat over your face and neck area.
- Pinch all over your face and neck with your fingers for 30 seconds.
Repeat this ritual every day, and in a week you will feel your skin becoming firm and bouncy. This routine is also an excellent warm up to face yoga exercises, if you decide to add it to your self care activities.
