This ritual is created to help you achieve a more lifted, fresh face by working with your gua sha stone to release tension and boost circulation.

Let’s get started!

Preparation: Spray the Rose Firming Toner and apply our Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth gua sha tool gliding.

Step 1: Active Decollete Work

  • Use the main Working Curve and slide from the center of your chest towards the armpits. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • In circular motions using the Medium Tip, explore the decollete area to find painful spots with tension. With small, firm strokes, work on these spots to soften the tissues. This step helps release any stagnation that could be preventing a proper lift in your face and neck.
  • Use the Large Curve of your gua sha tool to glide along your collarbone. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 2: Lifting the Neck

  • Work with the Main Working Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone, use upward strokes from your shoulder to your ear, adding a gentle wiggle at the end of each stroke. Repeat this 5 times on each side.
  • Follow with the upward strokes from the collarbone to the jaw, glide upwards past the jawline, and continue all the way to the cheekbones. Hold back the tissues on your way up. This movement helps to achieve a more defined jawline and lifted cheeks. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • Make some gentle upward movements in the middle of the neck.

Step 3: Jawline & Chin

  • Use the Large Curve of your gua sha tool for this step.
  • Gently scrape from your chin to your ear, adding a wiggle at the end. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 4: Marionette Lines & Lifting the Corners of the Mouth

  • Place the Medium Tip of the gua sha tool on the jawline below the corners of your mouth, hold back the tissues on the jaw with your fingers and make firm movements upward toward the corner of the mouth. This will relax the tense muscles, pulling the mouth corners up. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • With the wavy Fascia Release Curve make upward strokes from the corners of your mouth toward your cheekbones in a sweeping motion. This will help lift the corners of your mouth. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 5: Cheek & Nasolabial Fold Lifting

  • Use the Medium Curve of the tool and sweep it upward from your cheekbones to the temples. This promotes sculpting and lifting in the cheek area. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 6: Lifting Around the Eyes & Forehead

  • Place the Large Working Curve side of your gua sha tool at the outer corner of your eye and glide it toward the temple, finishing with a light lift into the hairline. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  • Use the Large Working Curve of your gua sha stone, start under the eyebrow and glide upward towards the hairline with pressure. This technique helps to lift the brows and smooth out forehead wrinkles. Repeat 5 times on each section.
  • With the Large Working Curve of your gua sha stone work upwards along the hairline.

Done! You’ve completed your lifting gua sha routine. For best results, practice this routine 2-3 times a week.
