Beginner’s gua sha ritual

Simple 5-minute gua sha routine to introduce you to facial gua sha stone massage

Green Stone Gua Sha

We created this ritual to welcome you to the gua sha massage ritual with a very easy gua sha routine.

Prep: Spray the Rose Firming Toner and apply our Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth gua sha tool gliding.

Step 1: Neck

  • Use the Main Working Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone for this step.
  • Use upward movements from your shoulder to your ear, adding a gentle shake at the end of each stroke. Follow with upward strokes from your collarbone to your jawline, wiggling at the end. Make some gentle movements in the middle of the neck.
  • Switch to the curved side of your gua sha tool and move from the center of the collarbone up to the chin.
  • Now, switch back to the Main Working Curve of your Gua Sha Stone and apply downward movements, focusing on draining your neck to release congestion. Repeat 5 times on each side to release fluids and toxins.
    • Move from your ear back down to your shoulder.
    • Move from the jawline to the collarbone
    • Move from the chin down along your neck.

Step 2: Jawline

  • Use the Large Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone.
  • Gently massage gua sha from your chin to your ear, working to define and sculpt. Then glide the tool from the bottom of your chin to your mouth, while keeping it slightly open.

Step 3: Lips

  • Use the curved side of your gua sha tool for this step.
  • Work in small light movements along the edges of both your upper lip. A tingling sensation is exactly what you want to feel.

Step 4: Cheeks

  • Come back to using the Main Curve of your gua sha stone for this step.
  • Start at the sides of your nose and glide outward toward your ears, creating some shaking at the end. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 5: Eyes

  • Use the Main Curve for your eye area.
  • Be extra gentle under the eyes. Glide the tool from the inner corner of your eye out to your temple, using your fingers to anchor the skin. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 6: Forehead

  • Use the Main Curve of the stone for this step.
  • On your forehead, start from the eyebrows and slide upward toward your hairline with a slightly wavy movement. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Done! Enjoy your refreshed, glowing skin. For best results, repeat this routine 2-3 times a week.
