Beginner’s gua sha ritual

A simple, 5-minute routine to introduce you to the benefits of facial gua sha stone massage.

Green Stone Gua Sha

We created this simple routine to introduce you to the benefits of facial gua sha massage, leaving your skin sculpted, radiant, and refreshed.

Prep:

  1. Start by spraying the Rose Firming Toner on your face to hydrate and prepare your skin.
  2. Apply a few drops of Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth Gua Sha tool gliding.

Step 1: Neck

Use the Main Working Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone for this step.

  1. Begin with upward strokes from your shoulder to your ear. Add a gentle shake at the end of each stroke.
  2. Follow with upward movements from your collarbone to your jawline, wiggling at the end of each stroke.
  3. Use the curved side of your tool and glide from the center of the collarbone up to your chin.
  4. Switch back to the Main Working Curve, applying downward strokes to drain your neck and release congestion. Repeat 5 times on each side.
  5. Finish by moving from the ear back down to the shoulder, from the jawline to the collarbone, and from the chin down along your neck.

Step 2: Jawline

Use the Large Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone

  1. Gently massage from your chin to your ear, working to define and sculpt your jawline.
  2. Glide the tool from the bottom of your chin to your mouth while keeping your mouth slightly open.

Step 3: Lips

Use the curved side of your Gua Sha tool for this step.

  1. Use light movements along the edges of your upper lip. A tingling sensation is normal and desirable.

Step 4: Cheeks

Come back to using the Main Curve of your gua sha stone for this step.

  1. Start at the sides of your nose and glide outward toward your ears, shaking slightly at the end of each stroke. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 5: Eyes

Use the Main Curve for your eye area.

  1. Be extra gentle under the eyes. Glide the tool from the inner corner of your eye out toward your temple, anchoring the skin with your fingers. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Step 6: Forehead

Use the Main Curve of the stone for this step.

  1. Start at your eyebrows and gently slide upward toward your hairline with a slightly wavy movement. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Done!

Enjoy your refreshed, glowing skin. For best results, repeat this routine 2-3 times a week.
