Preparation: Spray the Rose Firming Toner onto your face and apply the Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth gua sha tool gliding.
Step 1: Decollete & Collarbone
- Main Working Curve: Glide the gua sha stone from the center of your chest outward toward your armpits to help initiate lymphatic flow. Repeat 5 times on each side.
- Large Curve: Glide along your collarbone, starting from the center and moving outward. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Step 2: Neck & Shoulders
- Main Working Curve: Start from your shoulder and glide upward to your ear, adding a gentle shake at the end of each stroke.
- Follow with upward strokes from your collarbone to your jawline, finishing with a wiggle at the end. Make gentle movements in the middle of the neck as well.
- Switch to downward strokes to focus on draining the neck and releasing congestion.
- Repeat 5 times on each side to release fluids and toxins.
- Glide from your ear back down to your shoulder.
- Glide from the jawline to the collarbone.
- Glide from the chin down along the neck.
Step 3: Jawline & Chin
- Medium Tip: Gently scrape under your jawline, following the natural contour. Repeat 5 times on each side.
- Large Curve: Glide from your chin to your ear, finishing with a wiggle at the end of each stroke.
- Small Curve: Place the stone under your earlobe and make 5 gentle up-and-down strokes to encourage lymphatic drainage, then glide the stone downward.
- Use Large Curve for several downward strokes along your chin with firm pressure to release tension and aid lymph flow.
Step 4: Middle Face
- Main Working Curve, Medium Tip, Large Curve: Use fast movements to massage around the lips to enhance their plumpness and color.
- Main Working Curve: Glide down your masseter muscle to release tension and stress. Repeat 5 times on each side.
- Large Curve: Use gentle strokes around the wings of your nose to clear sinuses and stimulate skin detoxification.
- Main Working Curve: Glide outward from your nose toward your ears, wiggling at the end to aid in lymph drainage and detoxification.
- Medium Tip: Glide from the inner corner of the eyes to the temple to stimulate circulation and target pigmentation. Hold the skin with your fingers for extra support and to depuff and detox this area. Repeat for the other side.
Step 6: Forehead
- Main Working Curve: Start at the center of your forehead and glide outward toward your hairline. Repeat 5 times.
Note:
- When working around breakouts, avoid gliding directly over pimples. Instead, use the Reflexology Tip (detector tip) of your gua sha tool to make small, circular movements around the breakout to gently stimulate the area. This will help draw out toxins and reduce inflammation.
That’s it! Enjoy your clean, glowing skin. For best results, repeat this routine 2-3 times a week to achieve clean, glowing skin.
