Preparation: Spray the Rose Firming Toner and apply our Bio-Retinol & Black Coffee Contouring Essence for smooth gua sha tool gliding.
Step 1: Decollete & Collarbone
- Glide with the Main Working Curve of your gua sha stone from the center of your chest to the armpits to start the lymph flow.
- Use the Large Curve of your gua sha tool to glide along your collarbone. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Step 2: Neck & Shoulders
- Use the Main Working Curve of your Pari Satiss Gua Sha Stone for this step.
- Use upward movements from your shoulder to your ear, adding a gentle shake at the end of each stroke. Follow with upward strokes from your collarbone to your jawline, wiggling at the end. Make some gentle movements in the middle of the neck.
- Now, switch to downward movements, focusing on draining your neck to release congestion. Repeat 5 times on each side to release fluids and toxins.
- Move from your ear back down to your shoulder.
- Move from the jawline to the collarbone.
- Move from the chin down along your neck.
Step 3: Jawline & Chin
- Use the Medium Tip to scrape under the jawline.
- Use the Large Curve of your gua sha tool to gently scrape from your chin to your ear, adding a wiggle at the end.
- Place the Small Curve under your earlobe and make 5 gentle strokes up and down to encourage lymphatic drainage. Glide the stone downward.
- Make several strokes downwards your chin with the Large Curve, adding firm pressure to release the tension.
Step 4: Middle Face
- Use the Main Working Curve, Medium Tip and the Large Curve for these steps.
- With fast movements massage the area around your lips to achieve a more plump and colorful look.
- Use the Main Working Curve. Glide down your masseter muscle to release tension and stress. Repeat 5 times on each side.
- Use gentle strokes around the wings of your nose with the Large Curve to clear sinuses and the skin from inside out.
- Start at your nose and move the Main Working Curve of your stone outward toward your ears, wiggling at the end to aid lymph drainage and detoxification.
- Under the eyes, glide the Medium Tip of your gua sha stone from the inner corner to the temple to stimulate circulation and target pigmentation. Hold down the skin with your fingers for extra support to depuff and detox this area. Repeat for the other side.
Step 6: Forehead
- Use the Main Curve of your gua sha tool for this step.
- Start at the center and slide outward upwards to your hair line. Repeat 5 times.
NOTE: When working around breakouts, avoid gliding directly over the pimples. Instead, use the Reflexology Tip (detector tip) of your gua sha tool to make small, circular movements around the breakout to gently stimulate the area. This helps draw out toxins and reduce inflammation.
That’s it! Enjoy your clean, glowing skin. For best results, repeat this routine 2-3 times a week.
