We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of new or gently used items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Final Sale Items: Gift cards and select items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Unfortunately – we do not offer exchanges on any items.

Return Process

Initiate Return:

Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected], with providing a purchase confirmation (order number or bank statement) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, before sending any items back. It may take up to 5 business days.

Complete the Return Form:

Along with receiving an RMA number, you will receive a link to a Return Form. Download, print and fill out the Return Form and include it in your return package.

Pack and Ship:

Safely pack the items and return form together and send them via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Time:

After the returned item has been received by our Customer Care, the refund process can take from 5 to 20 business days.

Returns from Retailers

Items purchased from authorized retail partners must be returned in accordance with their specific return policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with details and photos.
  • We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be processed through our Customer Care to ensure timely handling.
  • We reserve the right to monitor return activity and may limit returns if our policy is abused.
  • Partial returns for sets are not allowed; they must be returned in full.
  • We do not accept international returns at this time.
